I didn't receive my Etsy order confirmation or download.
This often happens if the e-mail address is misspelled at checkout. You can go to your Etsy account – Purchases and reviews – the order, then you will find the download file for your order.
Will physical products be mailed to me?
No, all products in my shop are digital products, there are no physical products shipped to you. Instead of that, after purchase, you can download them instantly.
I'm having trouble downloading my files.
Please contact me on Etsy. I will send the file to you by myself.
Can I return the product after I purchased?
Due to the digital nature of our products and being unable to return them, we have a zero refund policy as you receive an instant download at the time of your purchase.
