A: We recommend using our digital planners in the GoodNotes app via an iPad/tablet for the best ease of use. But you can also use our digital planners in any note-taking apps such as Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, and more!
Q: Can I use a digital planner in OneNote?
A: We do not recommend using digital planners in OneNote, because the hyperlinks in the digital planners do not function properly in OneNote. For planners that are specifically designed for OneNote, please visit our "OneNote Planners" products.
Q: Do I have to pay for digital planning apps like GoodNotes?
A: Yes, most note-taking apps are not free, you need to pay for them. If you're looking for a 100% free PDF reading solution, for now, we'd recommend trying Xodo!
Q: Can I print my digital planner?
A: Our digital planners are designed for use on digital devices like iPads or tablets, not for printing because they have different sizes and functions.
Q: After purchase, I can't find the planner file
A: Once payment is complete, the download file of the planner will be available for download in your "Account" - "Downloads", then you will find the planner file, click to download it.
