What is GoodNotes? Where can I download it?

GoodNotes is probably the most popular app for digital planning now. It has all the features you may need for digital planning and more. From 2024, you can use GoodNotes on most devices, including Apple devices, Android devices, Windows devices, and also on the web. You can download it from GoodNotes website.

How to import a digital planner?

In the Documents tab, Choose the New button > Import.
Select the planner file, then click “Open”.
Now, you imported the planner.

How to use hyperlinks to navigate?

Hyperlinks in PDFs allow you to navigate both within the document and to external websites by clicking on linked text or images. Make sure you are in “Read-only Mode”, then easily jump to the page by clicking the hyperlinks.

How to copy templates and use inserts?

Normally there are many templates in a digital planner, you can use them anywhere in your planner just by simple copy and paste.

Go to the template page you want to use.
Click “More icon” ( i.e. “…” icon) > Copy page
Go to the place you want to use this template
Click “Plus icon” (i.e. “+” icon) > Paste page

How to replace the cover?

Simply copy/paste the page, and you can also change the planner cover you like.

Click “Plus icon” (i.e. “+” icon) > Import
Choose the cover file you want, then click “Open”
Now, you can remove the old cover by clicking “More icon” ( i.e. “…” icon) > Move page to trash
