Frequently Asked Question

We are here to help !

Pre-Purchase / Refund

Digital planning is the perfect alternative to paper planning. It comes in a PDF file, which you can use on your iPad or tablet. You can get all the benefits of a paper planner.

First, you need a device, such as an iPad or tablet, and an Apple Pencil/stylus.
Next, you’ll have to download and install a PDF annotator or planning app (some are paid, one-time purchases. If you are new to digital planning, my suggestion app is GoodNotes.
Once you have both, you’re ready to start your digital planning journey!

Yes, it is a freebie for those new to digital planning. Just visit Freebie Library to get one.

For all newbies, we always recommend getting a dated planner first. It is so much more straightforward and easier to get used to. Our undated planners are all hyperlinked but since adding all the dates takes time, it can be overwhelming for someone inexperienced.

Due to the nature of the digital planner, we can’t provide a refund, exchange, or return. So, please read the description of the product carefully, and don’t hesitate to ask questions before your purchase.

Order / Download on Etsy

You can’t download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

After you purchase, normally you will receive an email from Etsy, there is a download link on it, click it, and then you can download.
If you didn’t receive the email, don’t worry, you can go to your Etsy account to download the file.
Also, you can contact me on Etsy or here, I can send you the file.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.

If it’s not there, you can log in to your Etsy account to download the file.

To access your digital files from your account:

  1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
  2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
  3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Using Digital Planner on GoodNotes

The hyperlinks (or the clickable tabs) only work when you are on the “Read Only Mode” of the GoodNotes.

In this mode, you can scroll through your notebook as well as navigate between internal or external links via a single tap.

There are instruction tutorial videos for you. After you purchase, you will find the instruction steps or video links for how to import the planner to GoodNotes, which is in the download info file. Just following the steps, you will import the planner successfully.

In my opinion, GoodNotes is a better choice for digital planning. You can use it on any system, such as iOS, Android, and Windows. Visit here to know GoodNotes 6 better.

For now, you can not sync the planner file from iPad to Windows, but recording from GoodNotes, it will coming soon!
